Custom designed kit, colour disclaimer - We strive to provide our customers with the best possible products. However, we cannot guarantee that the colours of products designed for your you / your team / club will:
1) Match the artwork provided exactly
Colours / shades of colours can look differently due to individual monitor settings and the manufacturing process.
2) Match across all of our products due to the use of different manufacturers.
There are a number of factors that can affect the colour of a product, including the ink, the fabric and the manufacturing process. Even if two products have the same colour name / code, they may not be an exact match due to these factors..

Things to keep in mind when considering colour matching:
* The colour of a product / artwork may appear different on different screens (eg laptop, tablets, mobile phones).
* The colour of a product will appear different to that shown on a screen compared to the final product on fabric.
* The colour of a product may appear different in different lighting conditions.
* The colour of a product may also appear different when the fabric is dry / wet.

Custom designed kit, sewing disclaimer - It's not possible to perfectly align patterns or images that cross-over a seam. Also, the company cannot guarantee a 100% black colour match between a pre-coloured (dyed) black fabric and fabric that’s been printed black by the sublimation process.
Price - The Company has used all reasonable endeavours to ensure that prices for the Supplies are accurately set out in the Catalogue but reserves the right to change its prices without notice at any time. Prices charged will be those prevailing when an order is accepted.
Payment - Payment is due at the time of checkout. If paying via BACS or Cheque, payment is required before your order can be processed.
Delivery Deadlines - The Company will work with the Customer to try and supply by their desired deadline. However, this is not guaranteed as we are reliant on a number of 3rd Parties to complete each Customers order.
Trade - The Company reserves the right to decline to trade with any company or person.
Export - The Customer is responsible at its own expense for obtaining any licence and complying with any export regulations in force within the United Kingdom and in the country for which the Goods are destined.
The Company Exports under Delivered At Place (DAP) terms, also called Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the Customer takes responsibility for any Import costs, such as VAT, Duties, and Clearing fees.
EU Customers - Please note as of the 1st Jan 2021, the UK is no longer part of the EU trade union (Free Trade). However, there is an agreement in place which negates some Import fees (Duty - EU / UK Origin supplies), but Import costs such as VAT (% based on rate in the country the Goods are destined for) will still need to be paid at the point of Import.
The Company reserves the right, not to supply designs that promote / glorify:
1) Drugs, drug paraphernalia, tobacco products such as cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, vapes or vaping equipment/accessories.
2) Violence, discrimination, hatred and/or crime.
The Customer represents and warrants that it is not on the Denied Persons, Specially Designated Nationals or Debarred Persons List and is not otherwise prohibited by law from purchasing the Supplies.
The Company reserves the right not to supply certain customers or countries and to require from the Customer full details of the end use and final destination of the Goods.
