Returns & Exchanges

If your item is not faulty/incorrectly sent, you are required to pay the cost of postage. Please send returns to the following address:

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from receiving your item. If 30 days have gone by since your item has arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Please note all personalised items cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes Personalised Team Kit, Personalised Event Merchandise and Custom Printed Swimming Caps. These items are made to order and are therefore not applicable for refunds. Please ensure all order details are correct before placing an order for any of these items.

Please ensure that you are returning items with all relevant tags, packaging and in good condition within 30 days of receiving them. Sending items after this may affect your eligibility receiving a refund. We recommend sending returns with a tracked delivery service

If you are returning a faulty/incorrectly sent item, please get in touch with us at sales@wyvernswimwear.co.uk along with an image of the faulty item to receive a prepaid returns label. 

Refunds are issued as soon as we receive your return to the original payment method used to place the order. For security reasons, we are unable to issue refunds to an alternative payment method.

Items will be refunded on a per-item basis, with the refund amount matching the amount paid for each individual item. For orders where a discount code has been used and only a partial amount of items has been returned, you will only be refunded the discounted amount of the items returned.

Postage paid on the original order cannot be refunded.
